Bill Arthur has more than 20 years’ experience in the qualified retirement plan field. Bill joined FOS in 2010 after achieving success in administration, marketing, and wholesaling for several leading retirement plan providers. Bill’s extensive experience in every aspect of qualified retirement plans has helped hundreds of plan sponsors to achieve their plan goals through enhanced plan design, fiduciary risk management, transparent fee disclosure, and focused employee education techniques.

Always striving to exceed clients’ 401(k) expectations, Bill considers client relationships to be the heart of the FOS business. He seeks to have clients truly value their relationship with Focus On Success. Bill views himself as a trusted advisor to his clients’ 401(k) plan, a fiduciary partner, and participant educator. The trust he prides himself on building with clients reinforces his knowledge and professionalism in all he does.

Bill earned his BS in accounting from Thomas More College.

He currently serves as vice president of Immaculate Heart of Mary’s sports committee. Bill is a member of IHM’s festival committee and a member of the Diocese of Covington’s investment committee. Bill conducts basketball camps for kids from kindergarten through fifth grades at St. Paul and IHM.

Bill enjoys spending time with his family. Additionally, Bill enjoys playing golf, basketball, and softball, as well as coaching his daughters in basketball. He currently resides in Florence, Kentucky, with his wife, Tish, and two daughters, Sydney and Paige.
